The business was founded by Malcolm Williams, who began his career with a rigorous four-year apprenticeship at Lucas Aerospace. That time-served technical background instilled a "right first time" mentality that defines everything we do today.

Over the last 30 years, Malcolm’s career has evolved alongside technology—from repairing complex TV and audio electronics to becoming a leading specialist in domestic white goods. Today, Mr Wash is a dedicated team of four, operating from our own retail shop and technical workshop.
